Thank you for choosing S&L Sporting Goods, LLC! Placement of all sales orders (regardless of product type) constitute the buyers agreement & acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please carefully read these terms and utilize the contact us link should you have any questions.
FFL DISCLAIMER
All firearms, or regulated firearm accessories must be shipped to the holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We WILL NOT ship to any business and/or individual without a valid FFL. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns and 18 years of age to purchase long guns (including rifles). Buyers must check with their local FFL / gun transfer dealer to confirm age requirements for their respective state. Additionally, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in his/her state.
Buyers are responsible for completing all necessary paperwork (i.e. background check and transfer-related) upon firearm purchase pick-up from their local dealer.
Buyers are responsible for contacting his/her FFL dealer prior to transfer to obtain necessary information to complete transaction and have firearms shipped to desired FFL.
Buyers acknowledge that fees charged by local FFL / gun transfer dealers are exclusive of any charges that appear in the transaction totals that are displayed in S&L Sporting Goods’ shopping cart. This constitutes agreement that buyers may be subject to dealer fees for transferring the gun to you.
Buyer agrees to all legal, liability and responsibility for the condition, usage, and security (including storage) of the firearm(s) purchased.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
S&L Sporting Goods, LLC ships most orders via UPS Ground, while small accessory orders may often ship via USPS. Regardless of shipping method, a Flat Rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be added to all orders. All Adult Signature Charges for firearms and ammunition orders are paid for by S&L Sporting Goods, LLC; therefore, customers will only see one Flat Rate shipping charge of $9.99 per order.
Adult signatures are required for all orders containing ammunition or firearms (delivered to FFL).
We DO NOT ship internationally, or to Exporters, Freight Forwarders, Expeditors, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
PAYMENT TERMS
S&L Sporting Goods, LLC accepts payment by credit card i.e. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) for all web-based orders. We are unable to process payments from internationally issued credit cards or reloadable prepaid cards.
Multi-card or “split payment” orders are not allowed at this time.
TAXES
All orders will be taxed with the applicable sales or use tax rates for the buyer’s state as determined by his/her billing address.
ORDER TERMS
Buyers certify that all billing information provided to S&L Sporting Goods, LLC is accurate and truthful. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information will result in order cancellation. S&L Sporting Goods, LLC reserves the right to request information prior to accepting and fulfilling an order and may reject or cancel an order for any reason, such as: stock volume/product availability, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded for orders that are canceled after it’s been processed.
PRICING DISCLAIMER
All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices and offerings, S&L Sporting Goods, LLC reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and any other extenuating circumstances. S&L Sporting Goods, LLC will make every effort to include accurate and up to date product and stock information, we CAN NOT guarantee that pricing errors or omissions will not occur; however, we commit to promptly rectifying any pricing issue/discrepancy that is reported to us.
