PRICE PROMISE (i.e. MATCHING) POLICY

S&L Sporting Goods is committed to providing competitive prices for every product that we offer. If you find a cheaper advertised price on an identical product, simply forward us the advertisement and/or receipt and we will sell you that item at the same price ( see Guidelines & Limitations sections below).

GUIDELINES

We will match the competitor’s price only during the effective date of the competitor’s advertisement or within 3 days of the date of the receipt. Item must be identical (defined as same UPC, brand, caliber, attributes, etc.) and for certain items, we reserve the right to determine a comparable item or alternative price.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT QUANTITIES AND TO ENFORCE THE MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING (MAP) AS ESTABLISHED BY PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS.

Due to the fact that product may be ordered prior to the time of a given Price Promise request, quantities may be limited.

LIMITATIONS

  • Item must be identical to the ad (including exact product attributes, dimensions, etc.).
  • Competitor must possess a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) for any firearm purchase.
  • Custom products (meaning customized or configured products) are excluded from Price Promise policy.
  • We DO NOT honor ads with items that require a separate purchase to get the ad price of the product in question.
  • We DO NOT honor ads that due not clearly represent the actual product price.
  • We DO NOT honor misprinted ad prices of other retailers.
  • We DO NOT honor discontinued, used, refurbished, open box, clearance, seasonal, closeout or damaged merchandise ads.
  • We DO NOT honor ads that are based on credit terms and/or finance offers.
  • We DO NOT honor rebates, free offers, buy one, get one offers, sales tax promotions or tax-free events, or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (e.g., Spring Black Friday, Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events and/or bundle offer ads.
  • We DO NOT honor ads from marketplace (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, etc), third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites or closeout/discount sites.
  • Sales tax is ALWAYS applicable.
  • Price Promise can’t be combined with any other S&L Sporting Goods product offer, promotion, discount or coupon.

PRICE MATCH REQUESTS

To request a price match, please submit a request via our contact us form, specifying: “Price Match: product SKU, UPC, or any other relevant product attribute and [URL of advertisement].” A member of our staff will contact you within 24-48 hours to advise next steps.
